What is the best high-end restaurant to work as a bartender?

I presently work at an under-performing Bonefish Grill. Bartending 5 nights a week I average about 650/wk in tips. I am considering moving on to another restaurant, specificly Ruth's Chris. Anyone out there have any advice?What is the best high-end restaurant to work as a bartender?
