Dinner reservations said smart casual...?

Any ideas for a girl who's going to dinner at Ruth's Chris? Tonight is smart casual, and I have no clue what to wear. Leave me links if possible to pics of what you'd wear.

I had been there and the women there wears either black pants (office wear) or they wear jeans paired with a nice top!

It's a casual atmosphere there, and don't wear anything too tight cause the portions there are preety huge!

Smart Casual means do not show up in jeans and a t-shirt. I would wear some dress pants and a nice shirt with some flats.
It's kind of like what you'd wear to work.
