Birthday ideas for my boyfriend?

I plan on taking my boyfriend of 9 months out to dinner for his 20th birthday at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. But i also wanted to do something else for him. I was thinking of making a collage of pictures of us, as well as things we've done together like ticket stubs, putt putt scores, etc. I also had the idea of putting a picture of us, and putting a lyric from one of 'our' songs or putting a really cute quote underneath. And lastly, i had the idea of taking a picture at sunset of where we had our first kiss and framing it for him. I wouldn't do all of these, just one. However, i didn't know if these ideas would be better 1-year gifts rather than birthday gifts? Help please!Birthday ideas for my boyfriend?
I think you should get him a birthday gift. After all it is a day about him, and not you two as a couple. You should throw a surprise birthday party for him with all of his friends. Sounds simple but the trick is, is to make it really fun so he'll never forget.



And for your gift, maybe you could get him a ring or something? Doesn't have to be expensive at all...just engrave it with something romantic. It would last forever. (But the ring should only be given if you guys are really serious about each other)Birthday ideas for my boyfriend?
