Who makes better Steak: Smith & Woll's or Ruth's Chris?

I am partial to Ruth's Chris because the waitstaff are very professional, yet friendly, and I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Their steaks are always cooked to perfection and they know the meaning of excellent service!
