What is the best Steakhouse in Toronto? ?

I want to take a special someone out for Dinner for their Birthday. I鈥檓 looking for the best Steakhouse鈥檚 in Toronto. (not the Keg..something different)

Hy鈥檚 Steakhouse

Ruth Chris is by far the best of the 4 mentioned (I've been to all of them). Order the filet, it's the most tender. The steak always come out on a sizzling plate so if you usually like your steak medium, order it medium rare. It is a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Sides have to be ordered separately but they are large enough to share between 2-3 people. They also have an amazing Loster Bisque Soup if you like soup.
Ruth's Chris is an American chain. Great for the expense-account set who love a giant slab of butter on their steaks.



Personally, I'd say either Harbour Sixty or Barberian's. I've heard a couple folks say they weren't that thrilled with Hy's of late (could just be an off night).What is the best Steakhouse in Toronto? ?
Barberians is usually considered the best. Followed by Harbour Sixty then Ruth's.

Baton Rouge! They are located in Toronto, and the suburbs. Very high quality, and resonably priced.

I've also been to Ruth Chris's and their steak was awesome. I am not a Keg fan and I find their steaks often taste of freezer burn.



I once went to Montana's and their steak wasn't too bad.
La Castille on Dundas St. West by the 427. By far the best. It is fairly pricey as well but worth every penny.
I prefer Ruth Chris's, the food is amazing and service very good! Make sure you have lots of $$ average $250-300 for 2 people!
