Ruth's Chris Steak House....Expensive?

We can get a $100 gift certificate for Ruth's Chris Steak House and I wanted us to go for our anniversary. Will the $100 cover dinner for two? What are their prices like? I heard they were pricey, but not sure. Anyone ever been? We live in Pittsburgh, Pa.Ruth's Chris Steak House....Expensive?
100 bucks should cover most of it...but bring about 50 more just incase. Never been but had a friend that was a hostess there.
Excellent food. Nice ambiance. $100 should cover 2 steaks (small ones) probably $25-30/ea, salads, maybe 1 side to split and non alcholic drinks, ie. coffee/tea. If you want to have lobster, appetizers, a cocktail, dessert then you would need to bring more money.Ruth's Chris Steak House....Expensive?
$100 bucks goes quick in a Prime steakhouse. You can spend that on a medium priced bottle of wine or just a small glass of fancy cognac. The thing is that most portions are large and you can probably share an appetizer, a salad or even an entree. The waiter might be a little snooty about it and if they are then you can save a little on the tip too!
very expensive.

well let's say no more expensive than an other upscale steak house but pricey for my taste.

I prefer to pay $80 to $100 at my grocery store for between 12 and 17 steaks depending on how thick I slice them but..

hers is an example of prices

* Crab Stuffed Mushrooms $8.95

* Petite Filet with Shrimp $29.95

* Au Gratin Potatoes $5.50

* Chocolate Praline Encore $5.25

check the website below and see if you can go for lunch

if you go at lunch prices are a little lower, check for specials.

yes if you do not order a lot of alcohol and share a few dishes you can eat for $100 but remember to bring money for the tip.Ruth's Chris Steak House....Expensive?
Your certificate should be able to handle the bulk of the bill. Just watch the wine list and the additionals (appts, desserts and such). Very nice for an anniversary.
its very expensive. there is one in Chicago and i heard for 2 ppl with drinks its like close to $150!! I also heard it was worth every penny...
I know that everything is sold a la carte. I think that would be enough with no alcohol involved.
No I don't think so, I would take an extra 100.00 dollars just in case you may want to order other items and to make sure you have enough for tip etc. If you only take the gift card, you will be concentrating on the prices and will settle for something you really don't want.
