they are excellent! Cater to your every desire, really. We have been to Ruth's Chris Restaurants all over the U.S. including Hong Kong. Their service is impeccible. If you love Spinach, make sure you try their Creamed Spinach - it is the best. Make sure to take the time to enjoy the experience. I do recommend that you ask for a table either in front of fireplace or a booth on the side walls, not in the center of the room.How would you describe Ruth Chris waitstaff?

I've only eaten there once, and it was late at night. You'd figure they'd be tired and just want us to get out of there, but instead they were very polite and as I recall they catered to our needs very well. The food is excellent and not a single person in our party was dissatisfied. Remember its a high end restaurant with high end prices, so you should expect nothing but the best in high end service.
i love the restaurant and the wait staff at that one was really good but i have eaten at other ones and the staff was not as good. it depends where the restaurant is
