How do you grill a steak and have it turn out like a Ruth's Chris steak?

Obviously a good cut is needed, like a ribeye, but how would I grill it and garnish it to turn out and taste like a steak you get at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse? I ate there for the first time recently and the steak was amazing. How do you grill a steak and have it turn out like a Ruth's Chris steak?
They actually pan broil/sear their steaks (filet, ribeye, NY strip, porterhouse, and T-bone) with butter at 1800 degrees in a special proprietry broiler. They use really thick cuts so they don't dry out under the intense heat, and the only seasoning they use is salt and pepper. We have a couple here in Phoenix and I've eaten there on a few occasions. It is definitely one of a kind.
If you get the book "The Best Recipe" either buy it or from the library, they have all the secrets. Every recipe has been tested numerous ways and they publish the best one. They have a special book on steaks and chops that tells exactly how to do all beef. I did the prime rib and it was just like a restaurant. How do you grill a steak and have it turn out like a Ruth's Chris steak?
Aaaah, the DELICIOUS Ruth's Chris Steak! Yummy! A taste that can be compared to a steak NOWHERE else! First, they sear the steak at 1800 degrees, which locks all the flavor inside. Then it's cooked to your liking. I have absolutely NO IDEA how they get 1800 degrees from (stove?). Good luck, and if you ever figure it out - let me know the trick too, OK?
I try to just be happy with my own recipe. Live in Florida, so grill all the time. Make sure you use all fresh ingredients. How do you grill a steak and have it turn out like a Ruth's Chris steak?
I marinate the steaks

seasoned garlic, sometimes hot sauce--

been to Beverly Hills Chris Steakhouse
